101年度臺中市國中學生英語歌唱比賽於4月18日（星期三）8：50在市立大墩文化中心地下一樓演講廳正式開鑼，計有38所公私立國中各派10~30名優秀選手參賽，共計1065名，較之去(100)年參賽人數多出64名，各校菁英盡出，精彩熱烈。

   Britannica is one of the most renowned and resourceful encyclopedia that can provide creditable and valid information organized by experts in different areas other than any other search engine. Britannica Project Starlight Taiwan has two major purposes. One is  to help teachers and students all around the world have a much easier access to the most accurate and pinpoint information classified according to subject and level. The other is to help all teachers incorporate computer technology in their authentic teaching without worrying about any plagiarism or violation of intellectual property rights.

View the files here!                                                                                   Remedial teaching refers to the assistance offered to the pupils who function at a lower than the average level.  The purpose of remedial teaching is to provide slow learners with the necessary guidance to help them overcome their difficulties in learning, and it’s been a must in the compulsory education in Taiwan.  In order to help teachers understand what the remedial teaching is and how it functions in the classroom, a workshop hosted by Glory Chuang （莊惠如）, the counselor from the advisory group of MOE （Ministry of Education）, was held in Yu Ying （育英）Junior High School on April 3, 2012.

Over seventy representatives from Fong Yuan and its vicinity attended a workshop held for in-service English teachers to exchange innovative teaching strategies in Fong-Yuan Junior High School, and this was also the very first time for teachers from the previous Taichung County to participate in such meeting, which has been around in the original Taichung City for so many years, and give their professional feedback to all the speakers.
