What do we do
when we get together?
We plan a lesson, we demo a micro teaching, and we reflect and comment on it. We take away what we experienced from the meeting and practice with our students. That's the way we run our course design community. Mr. Richard Li even applied this model to any seminars to involve more teachers in enjoying English and having fun. How about your models?

Achievement Assessment Standard
Marking with numbers is no longer trendy. With specific
descriptions, the result of students' performance would be much more concrete
and helpful. In Ms. Tseng's report, there are steps to help teachers to build
the standard for the assessment of the 4 skills.
Plan A
Lesson on Students' Reading Comprehension
How many strategies have you tried in your class? How
much time do you spend preparing for these? Are you satisfied with the process?
Are your students happy about what they are asked to do? How about the result?
Do your games match what students performance? Is your teaching objective fulfilled?
Is your students' learning objective achieved? Come and dig out what Michelle
