全英語教學:英語聽力與口說教學共備工作坊

今天很高興邀請到東山高中外師 Ian Garner 為本市英語教師介紹全英語教學。

Ian 先提出WALT  及 WILF 讓學生知道這次課程要學習的內容以及我們預期學生能達成的目標。

之後Ian 利用一些桌遊搭配學習單進行教學活動。老師們透過活動可以了解學生如學習相關的英語句型，並練習口說。

Ian 也提到 The lesson should have a  clear structure. 並且透過4個部份作呈現。

1. Connect   

• What do we know?
• What will we learn?
• How will we learn it?
• Why will we learn it?

2. Activate

• Use modelling.
• Carefully planned questions.
• Problem solving / discovery.

3. Demonstrate

• Show that they know.
• Share knowledge and understanding.
• Exchange ideas in groups.
• Secure understanding.

4. Consolidate

• What have we learned?
• Prove that you learned.
• What's next?

希望透過此次工作坊讓英語教師未來能將更多聽力與口說活動融入教學，讓學生的聽說能力能有更多的學習。
